Our regularly updated list of U.S. residential addresses is the largest compiled consumer database on the market. Over 30 different data sources are used to compile our database, including vehicle registrations, voter registrations, tax assessor records, purchase data from catalogs and websites, surveys, product warranty registrations, and more. Using our powerful, targeted demographic selection tool, you can deliver your mailings to very specific types of recipients.
Our advanced demographic options are extensive. Following is just a sampling (availability based on package plan):
- Marital Status - Indicates the presence of at least one married and/or single individual in the household.
- Gender - Individual's gender.
- Age Ranges (adults & children) - Age of primary person or other adult household member for an address. Indicates the presence of a child between or equal to the ages of 0 and 17 in the household.
- Number of People in Household (adults & children) - The number of known adults and children in the household.
- Household Income - Total annual actual income for the household or the total annual median income for a distribution of households.
- Real Estate Assessor and Deed Information - Many different selections are available based on this category including home market value, assessed home value, available equity and more.
- Home Structure Information - Contains selections relevant to the structure and construction of the home including the exterior wall type, year the home was built, roof cover type and more.
- Owner/Renter - Indicates whether or not the resident is a renter or homeowner.
- Dwelling Type - Indicates whether the dwelling is a single unit or a multi-unit.
- Family Composition - Represents the make up of the household, such as married couple with children, married couple with no children, or single female with no children.
- Length of Residence - The number of months or years since the household was first occupied at the address.
- Occupation - Most prominent known profession of the household.
- Mail Responder - Households that contain individuals known to respond to marketing communications via the mail.
- Mail Buyer - Households that contain individuals known to make purchases via the mail.
- Mail Donor - Households that contain individuals known to make charitable donations.
