We will simply ask, “What would you like us to do to make it right?” Anything up to the full value of your order is acceptable whether reprint, resend or refund, with the following terms and conditions:

• We are not responsible for damages or claims incurred by you or your business due to defective or incomplete orders or delivery delays.
• We are not liable for damages to orders or delivery delays resulting from USPS errors.
• Please preview your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for customer errors such as spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors; inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images; design errors introduced in the document creation process; or errors in user-selected options such as finish, quantity or product type. For an additional fee, our designers will professionally review your order for errors and recommend appropriate changes.
